Dan is the senior partner of Deagle, Ames & Co., Inc. and has a wide range of experience and expertise in tax and business consulting.  He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in accounting and finance from Idaho State University in 1982.

Upon graduation, Dan started his accounting career in Buhl, Idaho, with Tullis & Schabot, CPAs, a predecessor firm to Deagle, Ames & Co.  In 1987, Dan became a partner in the firm.

Being an integral part of the same firm and in the Magic Valley for over 28 years has given Dan exposure to tax preparation and business consulting for a wide variety of clients including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.  He has vast experience with farming and ranching including the aquaculture industry.  He also has years of experience with small businesses, legal practices, construction/contractors, dentistry, insurance providers, food service and municipalities among others.  Dan is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and enjoys consulting with new businesses.

Estate planning and trust work make up a large part of Dan's practice.  He keeps up to date in this area of practice and continues to provide estate planning and tax return preparation for estates and trusts.

Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, of which he is a former chapter president and a member of the Idaho Association of Public Accountants.

Todd is a partner with Deagle, Ames & Co.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University with a minor in business in 1995.  He has practiced accounting in Idaho, Utah and Missouri.  Todd's work experience has given him a very broad perspective of client needs.  While in Utah he worked for a local start-up company gaining valuable hands-on experience.  He worked extensively for one of the Big Four International accounting firms as well as a multi-billion dollar corporation while he and his family lived in St. Louis, Missouri.

Todd joined Deagle, Ames & Co in 1999.  His specialties include tax strategies, auditing, and financial, computer and business consulting.

Todd enjoys the outdoor activities of camping, bicycling and water sports, the cultural arts, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and children.

Pam joined Deagle, Ames & Co. in 2002, as the firm's office manager, after spending a total of 24 years as a legal assistant.   On June 1, 2009, Pam became a partner with the firm. She oversees human resources and payroll services. Pam also has extensive QuickBooks and tax preparation experience.

Pam is currently serving on the Buhl City Council, the Buhl Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Buhl Urban Renewal Agency Board of Commissioners, and is a former Trustee of the Buhl School District.  She and her husband own and operate the Arctic Circle and Avid Sportsman in Buhl.

Stephanie joined Deagle, Ames & Co. in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Idaho State University and is currently working on completing the CPA exam. Stephanie has experience with QuickBooks, tax preparation, payroll, municipal accounting and the dairy industry. She is currently involved in the Buhl Rotary Club and raising cattle and horses.

Mandy joined Deagle, Ames & Co. in October of 2008.  She graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting. Mandy has experience with financial statement preparation, payroll services and tax preparation.   She is currently pursuing her license as a Certified Public Accountant.

Pam Smith joined Deagle, Ames and Co. as the receptionist in the Twin Falls office in 2007.  She keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently for both clients and our staff and maintains a high degree of quality communication between the various parties concerned. Pam enjoys raising horses.

Jami joined Deagle, Ames & Co. as the receptionist in the Buhl office in 2008. She greets clients with a smile and is confident with respect to attending to their needs, both on the phone and face to face. She also displays this same confidence about the operations of the office. Jami is currently involved in the Buhl Kiwanis Club and 4-H.
